500g Dark Honey - Saw Banksia
This honey has been sourced from the beautiful Gippsland Region, located in the southeastern part of Victoria, mostly comprising the coastal plains to the rainward (southern) side of the Victorian Alps (the southernmost section of the Great Dividing Range) Approximately 300km from Melbourne.
Saw Banksia is a dark honey resembling molasses. it is very aromatic and strong in flavour.
Notes: bold, robust, caramel, golden syrup, earthy.
